A new study has shown that lifestyle changes can prevent 80% of heart attacks in men. Men can drastically reduce their risk of heart disease through five easy measures. The steps include: eating a healthy diet, staying in good shape, exercising regularly, staying away from tobacco and controlling alcohol intake.
