Believing in myself was probably my biggest struggle when I first started my fitness journey… I always doubted myself thought it was going to be too hard to change my eating habits and never thought I would lose the desired weight I wanted. When I pushed those negative thoughts aside & decided to believe I could turn my life around that’s when change finally started to happen. Get out of your comfort-zone and believe in yourself… you’d be surprised at what you can accomplish
